It is a known fact that many people declare bankruptcy, assuming that it is a relaxed manner and an easy arrangement for dealing with the overwhelming debt problems. In general, the bankruptcy laws are designed to overcome the financial failure. The twofold objective of bankruptcy for a particular debtor is to provide a financial fresh start for those honest yet unfortunate borrowers who have experienced financial loss due to some uncontrollable and unavoidable events and with the purpose of assembling and liquidating the borrower’s assets for distribution to the creditors.
The Guidice case has set an example of how the misutilization of the financial arrangements can even bring in a bad fate for the celebrity with immense stardom. Although Guidice has stood strong all through, the jail time that she has faced along with her husband is a tough memory to forget which is why she aims to bring transformation within herself.
