Chagan Bhujbal’s bail plea rejected
#Cosmoread: The Bombay High Court on Thursday on medical grounds in a money laundering case against former Maharashtra minister Chagan Bhujbal dismissed the petition and that it is satisfied that his condition did not require immediate attention.
“We argue that the applicant needs urgent attention to their health conditions are not satisfied,” the judge PN Deshmukh said.
However, the court asked the jail authorities to provide proper medical assistance in prison for the hand and the need to focus the nearest hospital whenever she took. Bhujbal, Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) on medical grounds, under bail, arguing that he had sought help is an important cardiovascular disease. The Enforcement Directorate (ED), the arm, is investigating the case against bail, saying his condition was not serious, and when necessary that they opposed the government will take them to the hospital.
Rejecting the bail plea, the court also said that the investigation was pending and it is not fit and proper to grant bail.
